MIX Summer Conference

Summer Conference for students entering 7th-8th grade this fall!

MIX is a 4-day summer event of awesomeness designed specifically for middle school students. It is intentionally crafted in ways that will engage middle school students through tactile, interactive and fun activities coupled with Bible-based teaching and small group interaction.

MIX is an event that understands middle school students need their own experience. This age group is at a unique time in their lives – they’re growing and learning different than any other age group. They’re still young enough to need to play, but old enough to start understand some core ideals that will stay with them the rest of their lives.

For this reason, MIX isn’t designed for high school students, or for preteens. It’s specifically designed for seventh and eighth grade students – it’s their chance to be exactly who they are: to play, listen and learn as themselves.

It’s also created for adult leaders to build relationships with students that will last long after the MIX experience. At MIX, your students will come to understand their identity in God’s Kingdom, and be challenged to embrace the Kingdom work He has prepared for them.

Event Location

This year’s MIX Conference takes place at Country Lake Christian Retreat in Underwood, Indiana. Students who have attended summer camp at Camp Allendale will find this camp to be a larger version with extra options they have not experienced before now.

Schedule, Drop-off and Pick-up

Please note the unique schedule for this conference:

Drop-off: Tuesday, June 18 at 10:30am

Pick-up: Saturday, June 22 at 10:30am

Registration Process

Along with the online registration and $50 non-refundable deposit, there are two online forms to complete and submit. You will receive links for these forms once you have registered. Registration opens at noon on Monday, February 4 here.

Cost:

Registration is $400. You save $50 when registering by March 4 with the code EARLYBIRD. (Code expires at midnight on March 4.)

Leaders:

We place such a high value on our Small Group Leaders that we give them first priority in being leaders on this trip. We usually need a few more adults to jump in and help out. If you can do this as a parent, you go for free and your child gets a 50% discount on their registration! Fill out the application here.
